Can a pheo cause reddish/bluish hands during episode?

I ask because I have a 1.5 cm growth on each adrenal and a few years of odd symptoms. I get lightheaded when standing, palpitations, off/on high blood pressure. So far my 24-hour urines are negative. However, my new problem is a few months of having a "flush" go from my chest, up my head(pressure, no pain), then down my arms into my feet. At that time, my hands swell, all the veins get prominent, and the inside of my hands turn bright red AND very blue. This lasts for a couple of minutes. Just wondering if possible pheo symptom. If not, what else might cause this?
