Help with a fledgling duck!?

We found a duckie who lost it's parents, and can't walk right, and now we don't know what to do for his sleep. We have a light, but he isn't sleeping, and someone suggested wrapping a towel around his cage. Can someone tell me how fledglings are supposed to get to sleep?
