Where would rank Rod Thorn of NJ Nets on the list of best GMs?

The guy brought in J-Kidd at his prime in exchange for the overrated Marbury and with B-Scott and nice role players the Nets went to the finals twice. Even after the Nets begin to fall apart, they got VC for a bunch of crappy players, traded K-Mart for 3 1st rounders in a sign-and-trade deal with Denver. They also traded away R-Jefferson for a young Yi Jianlian and Simmons expiring contract. They also got rid of J-Kidd for a young Devin Harris so that they are prepared for the future. The only guy to trade now is maybe VC and they are set, because they got young players with great potential and some nice cap prepared for 2010.
