He did not have a problem asking for 150 billion for Iraq. He got that so he can continue killing women and kids. Don't you realize that Bush does not care about anyone who is not living in the upper cl. About the cigarette thing. Every time that the government raises taxes on cigarettes a certain percentage of people quit. It's not about the overall health of people, it's about money. In fact, do you realize that the government still subsidies tobacco farms. Like I said, it's all about the money.
