How do I treat a sick dove?

You need to take your dove to avian vet asap. These are all signs of sickness. Is she going to lay eggs? Sometimes when they get egg bound they get these sx. They need extra calcium at this time from ground oyster shell and some small grit. Your best bet is to keep her warm and do not put in direct sunlight as she and other dove need to be able to get out of heat if needed. Put half cage in and half out. Or can put heating pad under one half of cage and cover that half of cage with blanket. Can separate them but if she does have something the other dove may already be infected with it and it may stress them both more to be separated now. I would contact vet for advice may be as simple as a script for meds. Should always keep track of birds wt's on gram scale. Put her food and water close to her. Good luck.
