I have a bladder infection and i can't make it to the doctor?

i have a bladder infection and i can't make it to the doctor. like at all and im in incredible pain like my family doesnt have insurance or the money for the hopsital or anything ive been taking cranberry pills and drinking juice, and the shitty thing is im allergic to that AZO stuff because it contains sulfur so im pretty screwed. idk what to do?
