Maytag washer keeps burning out fuse.?

I have a Maytag washing machine - model #: Lat8014AAE. The 2 amp fuse burned out yesterday so I replaced it; but the new fuse burned out immediatley. I just replaced the motor, but the machine ran only for a second and the fuse burned out again. Any suggestions on what else could be wrong?
