Question about the computer program Eblast, ?

Apparently this program tells my Father, all my emails sent and received, and both sides of IMS keystrokes type files, uploaded and downloaded ed, user activity on myspace and facebook, and websites visited. i have to ask with this program anything i type in to microsoft word can he read, how, also can i sue him for not telling me that this was on my computer. i mean what does this program mean? what should i NEVER DO again on my computer, i need to know soon. i really want to know about microsoft word, though
