Water damage to our l/r floor in our vacation mobile home, how much do you think it would cost for a 12x12 roo?

Major rain storm that dumped 3 inches in an hour leaked into our mobile home that we use as a vacation place. The living room is 12x15 and we need to know how much do you think that it would cost for the removal of the sub floor, lay new sub floor and lay new carpet. The insurance company needs estimates, but we live 3 1/2 hours away from the property.
