What's a Greek Anthology?

The majority of Greek doents in their entirety burnt to the ground long ago. Since then scrolls and plays have been recovered mostly from Roman and Egyptian records and collections. Technically speaking, there are no actual anthologies of Greek works. There are collections, of course, pieced together and not completely whole from the Athenian Dramatic competitions, and of course the writings of Aristotle and Pluto.
