Did Obama rally M Dems to follow Chicago mayor Richard J. Daley's advice to "vote early & often"?

Obama looked like a rookie. He kept calling her Marsha. He said he had known her for a long time.But he had to show up. He is being hammered by the polls and he needs to see if his aura could pull this out of the lose column.
