Runescape my hybrid charectar want to know if its good and wht i need to get up plz help?

Ok so i made a hybrid purehe has 70 mage and range and he has 67 str and 60 attk and 4 def wht i want to know is wat do i need too get up and wht my strat. Should be like should i ice blitz them then dds spec or what? Plz help me
