Why can't we admit and accept the superiority of each or even each individual in certain aspects/fields?

For example, Joan Sebastian Bach is superior to Sigmund Freud in terms of composing and playing music, while the latter is superior to the earlier in terms of knowing the depths of the psyche. Can't we extend this to the equality of the two es as well, or to the evaluation of each individual regardless of their ?
