What do you think of the Bobcats getting Stephen Jackson and Acie Law from the Warriors?

I think this trade is overall good for both teams, but I have a question for Mr Jackson, why would he goes to another MEDIOCRE team? His reason is useless then, (His reason was because he wanted to play in an title contender team or NY Knicks) But there is Jackson, he doesn't enjoy being in GSW anymore I think.
